Hello Cedar Club Paddle Players,
The 7th Annual Brew City Charity Open (BCCO) is nearing. We will be paddling for a purpose and raising money for another two great charities this year: Special Spaces (https://specialspaces.org/our-chapters/wisconsin/) and Milwaukee College Prep (https://www.milwaukeecollegeprep.com).
The event is expected to fill up fast and then there will then be a waiting list.
RSVP to me to reserve your spot – no need to sign up with a partner.
Here is a quick rundown for the BCCO event this year:
- event date: Saturday, January 7th
- paddle play will be from 8am-10pm
- there will be a morning/afternoon & afternoon/evening session
- 2 teams will be formed to represent each charity
- You will be paired up with a partner and play 3 matches
- the entry fee is $125, all of it goes to the charities
- there will be breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages
- there will be a raffle with some great items
- we are looking to build upon our great success last year where we raised over $18,000 for Make-a-Wish & The Charles Kubly Foundation
