Better late than never, this Sunday October 18th we will host our annual Fall Clean Up. As most of you know by this point there was a considerable amount of work done to the interior of the garage over the off season, We are thrilled with the outcome and positive responses we have received. Huge thanks to all who put in the time to help us achieve this. That being said, we still need to address a few things around the club. Attached are the tasks we need some support with this weekend.  

This year’s Cedar Club Clean Up Day is scheduled for

Sunday October 18th
9am to 1pm 

Along with showing up and being an active participant. We will be providing lunch for those of you that can stick around.

We hope to complete all tasks in the few hours we have. As I assume most of you know, we don’t have a maintenance staff or dry shed to store the equipment, so I am asking for member participation, along with bringing some supplies and tools to help us along.

We will have a dump trailer to dispose of the final construction debris, the couch that someone decided to leave at the club over the summer (we are not goodwill). And any other broken furniture that’s lingering around the deck.

What we need from you:
• Weed Wackers
• Blowers 
• Shovels
• Gloves

Please shoot me an email on what items you can bring to make sure we have what we need.

Member participation is important for us to tackle all this work, I really hope we are able to see members from all across the ladder participate in this effort.
