New this year:  
You no longer need to email me dates that you are unavailable to play.  Our new scheduling program allows you to enter your availability yourself.  The first schedule will cover the first 3 weeks of the season (Oct 12th – Oct 29th). 

The ability to adjust your availability for the first schedule will be locked at 11:59pm on Thursday October 8th.  I will then create the schedule and send it out on Friday October 9th.

Below is the link where you can enter dates and times that you are unavailable to play.  Simply go to “availability,” found on the menu at the top right of the screen and choose your name from the player drop-down menu.  By default you are assumed to always be available to play so if you have no conflicts there is nothing you need to do.  If you are unavailable during certain days or times, just click on them and they will turn red to indicate you cannot play at that time.

Below are a few scheduling considerations:

• Matches are scheduled Mon, Wed, or Thurs each week.  Matches are scheduled to start at 6:00, 7:20, or 8:40.

• If your rank is 1 – 35 you will tend to be scheduled on Mon or Thur.  If your rank is 45 – 81 you will tend to be scheduled Mon or Wed.  If you are in that middle 35-45-ish range it’s more likely you could be scheduled Mon, Wed, or Thur depending on matchups.  Day / time of the specific matches you are assigned are randomized within these guidelines.

• Please only mark days or times unavailable if you absolutely can’t make it.  The more you limit possible days or times you can play the more repetitive your matchups will be. You may also end up with more forced bye’s if there is simply not an available match that fits your requirements.
