Mens Club League Scheduling

The October schedule has been generated.

• To check your schedule, go to the link below (same as shared previously) and choose “Schedule/Results”.
• From here, you can see the entire schedule but I suggest selecting “player view” and choosing your name from the drop-down menu.
• There, you can quickly see exactly what days and times you will be playing.

If you are unable to play at any of the times you have been scheduled for it is your responsibility to find a sub!

Key features of the program include:
  – Simplified Score Entry: A clean user interface that eliminates manual typing errors. It also shows the underdog/favorite status and points gained/lost
  – Match Rebalancing:  When a player subs in and it changes matchups based on rankings, you can rebalance the 4 players according to appropriate rankings with a click of a button
  – Email players from the app:  You can click to email a player or group of players right from the app.
  – Player History and Schedule: Easily view player scores and rankings history, sub tracking, and full upcoming schedule and past results
  – Rankings: Real time ranking are available as well as historical weekly snapshots. You can also find player contact info here
  – Season Stats: An interactive leaderboard featuring win/loss records, percentages, and performance trends.
  – Easy Availability Scheduling:  You already used this. Based on some feedback, I will be enhancing this for next schedule to show validation on the screen that entries have been saved.
  – Mobile Optimization: A fully responsive interface designed for easy use from cell phones.

For those struggling to navigate the program, I created a 2 minute extremely corny video that walks through the key features:  https://youtu.be/7dHI5bf92qA

Given this is a new program, I wont be surprised if we run into a glitch or two along the way.  If anything seems off just let me know and we will work through it… I promise this will be better for us in the long run than trying to continue to manage this in Excel / Google sheets.

Thanks,
