Ready for the NEW Club?

Gents,

The paddle season is fast approaching!

If you’re getting this email, we’re counting you as IN for the upcoming season, league or social.

We’re working hard on the clubhouse and are on track to complete all work by October 1. The courts remain available, please use RMC for reservations per usual.

Party Time

We are looking forward to hosting a reopening party that will also serve as an open house for prospective members, and a “what have you done to my baby” reckoning for the OGs. Mark your calendars for Thursday October 1 6pm and invite anyone new, or old, to the club to come join us and checkout the new digs.

League Play

The first week of league play will begin the week of October 12. We will have open paddle the week of October 5. We are CONFIRMED, Monday, Wednesday Thursday this season. Tuesday’s are for the ladies.

Futures Emails To Look For

1. Nick will be emailing invoices out shortly. We’d like payment by October 1. Need to refill the coffers, and get an actual look at who’s not coming back.
1. Please communicate if you cannot do this, need a payment plan, aren’t coming back, etc.
2. If we don’t receive payment or communication, we will have to assume you’re not returning to the club and we will fill your roster spot.

1. Prospective member open house invite email will go out to all people that I have on my prospective member list immediately after this.
1. I’m copying all members so you can be in the loop, and forward as desired.
2. Based on current member feedback, we’ll likely be at capacity this year.
3. Applications must be in by October 7. Letters to prospective members will go out October 9.
