FYI the house NEXT to the cedar club is up for sale. We’ve considered, and ultimately decided that we as an ownership group are not going to pursue this in order to remain focused on improving the club facilities.
However, if someone friendly to the club was to buy the house, that’d be cool. If you like the idea of getting together with a group to buy the house, there are probably other interested parties. In either case, shoot me a note so I can coordinate efforts.
