Members,

It’s that time of year again! As we all are eagerly anticipating the upcoming cooler weather that can only mean one thing, paddle session is vastly approaching! As we all know we kick the season off with a little TLC on our gem that we call the Cedar Club. Along with the typical, clean out the fridge, take the old clothes to Goodwill, and weed whack the property we have a few more clean up tasks to help us improve the look and functionality of the club and its property.

This year’s Cedar Club Clean up Day is Scheduled for:

Saturday September 21st.

9am to 2pm

Along with showing up and being an active participant in your home away from home. We will be providing lunch, Burgers, Brats and sides.

I have attached a list of all the tasks we hope to complete in these few hours we have. As I assume most of you know, we don’t have a maintenance staff or barn to store the equipment to keep the club looking as presean as it does, so I am asking for member participation on bringing some supplies and tools to help us along.

What we need from you:

Weed Wackers
Blowers
Buckets to move gravel
Gravel rakes
Pressure washers + Hoses

Vacuum (Shop Vac)

Please shoot me an Email on what items you can bring to make sure we have what we need.

Mid September we have John Michael and his crew slated to help us get the deck repaired.

Member participation is a must for us to tackle all this work, I really hope we are able to see members from all across the ladder participate in this effort. This is your time to make an impact, your fireside chats (complaints) can actually become a reality, it just takes participation!

I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday September 21st
