Happy New Year Cedar Club, 

RESERVE A COURT
The news we have all been waiting for. We are kicking Google to the curb and have decided on a software specifically dedicated to the Cedar Club.  The Program that we have decided to go with is called Reserve my Court.  This is best accessed by a computer, however you can access on your phone via online or an app. The App I have downloaded is called RMC2020.

I will be adding all members throughout the week. Please feel free to log in and reserve court time starting as soon as you are approved.

The expectations are the same as they were with Yahoo and Google. We ask that you only book in two hour increments. You will see the options for booking court 1 or two and you will be able to see what is available and what is not for that specific day. Unfortunately they do not have a month or week view, just daily. This is a shift from what you are used to. It will be ok, trust me.

Farley has put together some tutorials on how to use the App, as well as how to use the online version. Please understand we are new to this software but believe it will work for us.  If you have any questions please feel free to reach out, hopefully we can have a smooth transition with this new software.

SNOW REMOVAL & THE CLUB
A quick update on a couple other things, now that we are in the full winter swing, and the snow will hopefully be falling more regularly, I want to mention a few details that help our plow and court clearing guys be more effective.

Starting with the timing, The plow service has committed to having the courts cleaned off no later than 5:30pm. I understand that on weekends this might be problematic. If you show up on a weekend and the lot or courts are not cleaned please do the following:|

•   If a plow shows up while you are there, move your car out of the lot.

  • If the courts are not cleared – you may clean them yourself. NO SALT ON THE COURTS
  • Please just use the shovels to clear the courts.
  • Once the snow has been cleared then you may turn the heaters on to dry off the courts.
  • The Heaters are to melt small amounts of snow and mostly to dry off the courts.
  • Please do not use the heaters before snow is removed if not done properly that could create a layer of ice and result in a much larger problem.
