PRIVATE EVENT REGISTRATIONS
We’ve had a few hiccups in the private event registration process. Below is refresher/update for clarity:
- Club reservations are $100 for the evening.
- The club can be rented on non-league nights starting at 5 pm.
- Reservation of the club includes use of the kegs. It does not include anything else sitting at the bar, or pizzas in the freezer.
- Jon Feldbruegge (jonfelbs@gmail.com) is now your go-to on club reservations. He will approve all private reservations.
- Club reservations must be confirmed and approved, not just be added to the club calendar.
- Once you receive confirmation, you should then add the event to the club calendar so membership knows the club is booked.
- When the club is reserved for a private event, members should honor the reservation. Unless permission is granted from the member hosting the event, you should not be at the club.
